Enquiries

If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry. For enquiries concerning a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in responding to incoming correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our email provider is Google. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed to deal with the enquiry and no legal retention obligations or justified reasons, such as establishing or defending legal claims, apply.

The contact form transmits your email address, message and, if provided, your name to our Google Workspace mailbox. We use Google Apps Script to send the message. We do not permanently store form submissions on the website itself.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Providing information is voluntary; without the details necessary to answer your enquiry, we may be unable to respond. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
